Scraggles is Finally Safe

Scraggles was finally trapped at 3 a.m. this morning by one of our volunteers. He is not in good shape - emaciated, full of fleas, injured, and his ears are deformed from untreated infections. Scraggles is safe now and will receive the medical treatment he needs. Most of all, he now has people who will love and take care of him.
