When our Response Team arrived at a residence to remove cats, they were horrified to find a dog with a huge mass hanging from her chin. The owner claimed she had her for a year but nothing was done to remove the tumor. Bella was removed by our humane agent and immediately assessed by a veterinarian. Bella’s lack of veterinarian care to prevent suffering is a chargeable offense and we will be seeking prosecution. This poor girl had suffered for a long time with a mass that periodically bled profusely. The tumor was removed and determined to be benign. Bella who had been withdrawn is now a happy playful girl!
