THIS IS FROSTBITE! Bring your companion animals in and protect your horses and farm animals! Don't hesitate to speak to friends or family members. Call your local humane society or law enforcement department when you see animals in trouble. 

UPDATE: Sugar is on pain medication and antibiotics. She is emaciated and will remain in the hospital. When the infection is gone, surgery to remove the dead flesh will be done. Unfortunately, it looks like Sugar will lose her other ear also. Donations are needed for Sugar's care and surgery. DONATE HERE
