ONE MORE DOWN! Carroll County has Removed Their Gas Chamber

On October 2, 2014, CARROLL, ERIE, and PERRY County Commissioners received final demand letters from Ohio SPCA attorney John Bell before lawsuits to end gassing were filed. The Carroll County Commissioners finally decided to remove their gas chamber and prevent any action by the Ohio SPCA.

The Ohio SPCA expects to hear from the Erie County Commissioners soon, as it has been stated that a response letter was being drafted. Time is running out!
