When the Ohio SPCA received the call about Leo, we knew he was in trouble. An Ohio SPCA cruelty investigator immediately picked Leo up and transported him to the Rascal Animal Hospital. Leo's lower back was covered in deep wounds that were oozing pus. This little guy required surgery in order for necrotic tissue to be removed. After several weeks of antibiotics and wound care, Leo has recovered! All animals deserve a chance regardless of size, age, or special needs. Leo may be little, but he is precious.
