Ohio's Leading Voice for the Animals

Bequests
Bequests are made by including language in your will or living trust that leaves a portion of your estate to Animals’ Angels. They are generally revocable, which means you can change or modify them at any time with the help of your attorney, if you so choose.
We suggest using the following bequest language:
“I hereby give, devise and bequeath the sum of $___ (or) ___% of my residuary estate to the Ohio SPCA, a nonprofit organization located at PO BOX 456, Grove City, Ohio 43123 (Federal Tax I.D. Number: 31-1077151), for the Ohio SPCA's general use and purpose.
Specific Bequests name a fixed dollar amount or percentage in your will or living trust as a gift to the Ohio SPCA.
Residual Bequests distribute the remaining balance after all your estate expenses, and specific bequests are paid.
Restricted Bequests ensure that your bequest will be used for a specific purpose in support of the work of the Ohio SPCA.
The Ohio SPCA s is a 501c3.
Our EIN is 31-1077151.
Please contact us if you would like to make a restricted bequest, and we will be happy to work with you and your attorney to identify ways to meet your charitable objectives.
