  • Frankie, a 10 week old kitten, was struck by a vehicle on October 2, 2010. As drivers continued to drive around and over him, Frankie flopped and dragged his little body. As an Ohio SPCA volunteer reached him, he crawled under an SUV.

  • A lawsuit has been filed against the Harrison County Commissioners and past and present dog wardens. Dogs have died through inhumane lethal injection (injected in stomach and bagged alive), the homemade gas box has not been dismantled, dogs suffer from frost bite in the winter (pads frozen in urine on the cement), and the kennels are filthy.
